Marble Doctors astonished me with their incredible versatility in completing all the aspects of our renovation expertly. They refinished granite, reattached bottom mounted sinks, repaired broken tiles and reattached fireplace bricks. Our Technician regrouted shower tiles, cleaned difficult-to-remove sediment from our shower glass and was meticulous in his clean-up. Absolutely superb job, reasonable cost. Marble Doctors will be my preference from here on out!

Very effective job made on our marble countertops. The employee was very meticulus althought the time effectively taken was longer than estimated. They took time to protect our furniture and also to make a clean up at the end.
Do not hesitate they respect all there engagements by far.

A big thank to to Kelly & Marble Doctors for the wonderful job and prompt service. I dropped a large chopping block directly on the edge of my kitchen counter, breaking a 4″ piece of the granite all the way through. I thought that it was going to be a complete disaster.

Kelly sent her team over the same day and perfectly repaired the counter within 3 hours. It honestly looks as if the break never happened. Sergio was our master marble doctor. I highly recommend them and will use them again to refinish a marble floor in my bathroom.
Thanks again!

I have a terra cotta tiled back patio that was looking so faded and dull that we thought about replacing. I contacted Marble Doctors and had Kelly look at it and she assured me it would look fabulous after cleaning and glazing. My husband and I are very pleased with the quality of service and the finished look of our tile!

We would recommend Marble Doctors to anyone who is looking for personal customer service as well as top quality workmanship. That is difficult to find these days!!

Marble Doctors deserve its name!. As orthopedic surgeons, they set and repaired a severely fractured granite countertop; as dermatologists they removed some nasty scar tissue on marble floors and walls; and as plastic surgeons they made our walls, floors and countertops look newer and younger-looking.

Kelly and Sergio were professional and courteous. The work met (or exceeded) specifications and requirements, and was completed on time and on budget.

We will retain this firm for any future work related to granite and marble maintenance and repairs.

It was very refreshing to have work done by a company who takes pride in their craft. We had some extensive marble restoration performed by them over about a 3 day period in a 20 year old large bathroom. The work was completed as described in the estimate and looked new when they were done. They worked hard to get out some old stains. While on the job, Sergio worked with my husband to get the best color match in fixing a crack in the marble (my husband is a photographer and sees these things!)

I would definitely recommend Marble Doctors to anyone needing marble or granite restoration.

We are very pleased with the results and would recommend Marble Doctors without hesitation.

This referral comes from the heart. I have known the owners of Marble Doctors LLC in Wilton, Connecticut for quite a number of years. I know them to be hardworking and quality driven and they treat their clients as they themselves would like to be treated.
I admire them for their vision and willingness to go the extra mile, to help other small business owners to be successful. In this day and age that is extra special and says a lot about what they stand for.

We recently purchased a home that has a carrera marble vanity in each of three bathrooms. While personally I love carrera marble, it is not the most durable material to go into a child’s bathroom (or even the occasional adult:-) Couple that with the fact that an incorrect cleaning substance was used and the marble was etched in multiple different locations. While we will eventually look to replace the vanities for something more durable, there are other items of higher priority on the “list”.

I had driven by Marble Doctors on Route 7 multiple times so I investigated online and found the reviewed posted by others helpful. Like others have said the process start to finish was painless. I sent Kelly snapshots of the three vanities with approximate dimensions of each. She explained to me that the best approach would be to restore them (rather than try to hone them which was my original thought) and provided a quote that I believe was very reasonable. We scheduled a date pretty quickly. Sergio was the consumate professional. The poor guy (without me asking) took his shoes off about 10 different time as he ran back and forth to his truck. We was quick and efficient, and there was no dust whatsoever when he was done. He left the house exactly as he found it (minus the etching).

Definitely much easier process than I anticipated and he left us with 3 vanities that literally look brand new!

UPDATE AS OF 06/09/14

The carrera marble countertops still look great. We have also used Marble Doctors for a second project – just completed. Our home had a dreaded “double bowl” kitchen sink where each bowl is too small to fit anything. Because it was an undermount sink, and we did not want to replace our granite, our options were limited. We ordered a custom surface mount sink from Rachiele sinks in FL (which we were very happy with) but needed someone to cut our granite to size. Working with Kelly, she had Serge come to the house twice to check our measurements, look at the stone and confirm that what we wanted to do was feasible. (To make matters more complicated the section of the countertop that the sink is mounted in consists of two separate slabs that are joined in the middle of the sink.) Once I go the OK from Serge I ordered the sink. After it arrived, Serge came to the house. He disconnected the old faucets, removed the old sink, cut the stone, installed and installed the new sink. (Serge offered to do the install of the new faucet, but we had a plumber coming back the next day to install the disposal.) Serge was at our house for about 6 hours – a testament to his precision. Despite the risk associated with cutting the granite on the seam, there was no damage. He installed a plastic curtain to prevent the dust from traveling to far. The plumber was amazed the next day how clean our kitchen was given what had just transpired. He and Kelly are true gems to deal with. This project too was in the less than $1000 category (for their work). I will definitely keep them in my rolodex.

Marble Doctors did a great job restoring my honed calcutta marble countertops in the kitchen. They showed up on time, assessed the countertops and worked until the job was successfully complete. Very thorough! And great job cleaning up afterwards. I would definitely use them again.

Sergio did an excellent job refinishing my carrara marble top island. We were so unhappy with the spots and stains, we were ready to rip it out and put a cheaper counter top in its place. I could see the reflection from the light from my kitchen windows, and it was getting worse.

I had heard about marble refinishing, and googled Marble refinishing. I called a few places, but Kelly walked me through what to do over the phone. I took some pictures on my iPad with measurements and sent it to them., Kelly sent an email back with a price. It saved me so much money in refinishing. Sergio came on time, was very neat about protecting my kitchen from dust. He covered everything, and mopped up after it was done.

The island looks brand new, and I am thrilled

We found Marble Doctors on the Internet to repolish and remove stains from our marble vanity top. The results were AMAZING. The price was also reasonable. If we had known this before, we would have done this years ago. The entire process was terrific from receiving the estimate, scheduling the work, and finishing the job on time. It is obvious that Sergio takes pride in his work. I will use Marble Doctors again, and highly recommend them to anyone who needs to make stone look like new.
